We Want YOU to come to ChemEd 2019!
We hope that you will consider coming to Naperville, IL to exhibit your products and/or services at ChemEd 2019. It will be an excellent opportunity to present your products and services and meet prospective clients amongst the expected ~700 chemistry educators.
The ChemEd Exhibit Hall has been an integral part of the ChemEd conference due to attendees’ keen interest in products and services available to help teach chemistry more effectively. Educators come to these conferences to share their ideas, their classroom and laboratory experiences, and their vision for enriching the experiences of their students.
Exhibit Hall at ChemEd 2017
The Exhibit Hall will be located in the centrally located Wentz Science Center and our plan is to have 41 exhibit booths. The Wentz Science Center will be a focal point of ChemEd 2019 with conference registration, and the bulk of presentations located in this building. All other ChemEd sessions will be about a 5 minute walk from the Exhibit Hall. This enhances the opportunities for exhibitors to interact with the participants.

Each 8’ x 7’ Booth will be provided with a basic set of materials:
• Booth with 8’ high back drape
• One 6’ x 30" table, skirt, two chairs, vendor sign, and waste basket
• Vendor hospitality room with drinks and snacks
• Lunch provided on Monday and Tuesday
Booth Fee includes two vendor registration badges (double booths include four vendor registration badges). Additional vendor registrations are available for a reduced price ($225). Exhibitors that would like to include a flyer (no larger than 8.5" x 11") in ChemEd 2019 participant bags may choose to do so for an additional cost of $100. Exhibitors are responsible for the printing and shipping of these flyers to North Central College. Breakout meeting spaces will be available for $200/hour for companies wishing to meet with groups of ChemEd participants.
Exhibitors may submit proposals to present and/or host workshops, proposal submission opens November 1st. A dedicated exhibit hall session is scheduled for Sunday evening to kickstart the conference. All Exhibitors are invited and encouraged to attend plenary sessions, social events, and presentations as their schedule permits.
Any exhibitor may cancel up to March 31, 2019 with a $150.00 non-refundable processing fee. All cancellations must be in writing to North Central College at email@example.com.
After March 31, 2019, no booth fees will be refunded unless ChemEd 2019 can resell the space. Cancelled booth spaces will only be resold once all other open booth spaces are sold.
Exhibit booths must be set up by 4pm on July 21st; Exhibit booths must not be taken down prior to 11:30am.
Exhibitor badges must be worn at all times while at the conference.

Liability Insurance Requirement:
Exhibitor agrees that Exhibitor will, at Exhibitors’s expense, carry an insurance policy with a company with a minimum of a Best rating AVIII throughout the term of this agreement. The Exhibitor will provide a certificate of insurance to North Central College. Such insurance policies shall have a minimum of $2,000,000 General Aggregate, $1,000,000 each occurrence. An original copy of said insurance certificate shall be delivered to the College at least ten (10) business days prior to the start of the Event and said insurance shall contain a provision to the effect that the insurance coverage of said policies cannot be canceled without giving at least thirty (30) days prior written notice to the College.
